Excellent Fishing charter for all levels, beginners to advanced! Extremely flexible, if you want to fish for food or just sport on the reef or Barra in the creeks. Myself and my girlfriend went out from Lucinda just off the south of Hinchinbrook Island. Caught heaps of fish, about 12 species in total including some big trevally, cod, red emperor, Coral trout etc.Would highly recommend Carlos, always finds the fish and has a few interesting techniques that produces quality fish. A+++

Highly recommended for those serious about their fishing with friendly banter thrown in at no extra cost! Just brilliant! From the first email enquiring about the options to the minute we got off the boat the experience was first class. Had 3 children (aged 17, 15 and 13) and they had a ball. Carlo made sure everyone was comfortable and safe. Being prone to sea sickness wasn't an issue as Carlo made sure we were in sheltered waters at all times. Caught heaps and can't speak highly enough about Carlo and the day.

“Awesome Big Barramundi Session”
A huge thank you to Carlo from fishing charters Townsville for an awesome fishing trip. Everything went as he said as we moved to different spots to chase different fish. First was Fingermark and they fight hard plus great on the plate. Lost more than we caught because of the lack of fishing skills but still landed half a dozen to 60 cm. Next was catching live bait and even that was fun as Carlo threw the net and we sorted the mullet into sizes. From there it was Barra time as the tide was due to change shortly and on queue "BANG" the first rod goes off. Well the story is as you would imagine and not only did I land my first Barra but it was 95 cm long. The one I lost earlier was bigger and Carlo said she would have been over a meter. Maybe next time.If you’re up this way I really recommend you get in touch with Carlo from fishing charters Townsville. He is a nice guy with great knowledge, quality gear and very friendly service. Also there is a long jetty near where we were fishing at Hinchinbrook. Full of big Queen fish if you’re interested. We are heading back and making it our annual four day fishing holiday.
